In 1996 we developed the simplest, safest and fastest technique to perform percutaneous nephrolithotripsy, which we published in 2009 in Spain as "total dorsal decubitus" and which is now known as "complete supine".

Since then Dr. Edibert Melchert has been traveling the world conducting courses to diffuse and demystify the technique, since there have been 40 editions in more than 20 countries.
